My experience during the filming of Warrior was a little bland but it was my first time with a low budget cost, and it turned out pretty good so I was happy about that. My face looked like a fetus. I'm not even kidding it was so bad. Do check it out, just scroll down to my descriptions and maybe give it a thumbs up.
Now, to the main point of today. Focus on me. "Focus", was a ton of joy to create. I got to get closer to more people and I got to experience the real hardships of filming a proper music video. It was tiring to the fact that I was dripping sweat (not literally but you get what I mean). This was my first time where everything was set up and ready for. I had make up artists on standby, a proper recording session at the studio, an editor giving her perspectives of the shots, Dennis helping me out with his kind suggestions, and of course my mom, for bringing out the spark in me. The videographers were full on straight forward, which was surprisingly very satisfying. I love how they shoot out constructive criticism for the best result in the video.
We only had about two practices together for the dancing parts, but we managed to work it out thanks to the help of my cabbage kid Kelly. She is the person behind the awesome choreography of my music video cover. I swear to God, that before this video, I couldn't lift a foot. I'm a total klutz and I really can't dance for my life. I literally have two left feet and that is something that I'm not going to lie about. I still find myself looking particularly weird in the dancing shots of 'Focus'. Of course, nobody can beat the glamorous Ariana Grande, but recording it was so much fun and I hope to get experiences like that soon, again. Do check it out on youtube, or on Soundcloud, which is where I post all my covers by the way. Anyways that was my full take on my experience. These are a few of my photo shots taken after the video shooting and a few for-fun shots.
